It’s regularly by definition if it’s once per week. It’s just not enough frequency to be of much benefit in terms of muscular development, strength, aesthetics, or overall health. I could see keeping my teeth lifting to once per week for a variety of reasons. Moderation is good with everything, but once per week for lifting is just lazy.

Yeah horrible disease, it’s not good for the relatives of the person that’s for sure. That said, my wife’s grandma had it toward the end of her life and seemed happy as a clam. She was also blind as a bat. She liked having some cold Coors originals and listening to Cubs games and old westerns. She always seemed like she was having the time of her life the few times I met her srs. Was seemingly locked in eternal blissfulness, I know some can be kinda of unpredictable, mean etc.

No idea. We know more about space than the deep ocean and that’s not much. We know very little about the brain or consciousness, it’s probably better that we don’t. Look up CAS9 protein and CRISPR, things are going to get weird. It’s pretty much the holy grail. Could be used for good or bad.

It's almost certain that it was from bats, but likely not directly and not from eating a bat. It's likely it went through another host first, but not a pangolin as was thought last year. Nobody knows what the intermediate host was.

I find it really hard to even entertain that it didn’t. At the same time, I don’t care, I don’t think it was intentional. I think that most people capable of that kind of research are smart enough to understand the implications. It’s not laborer work, and most people looking for money could do it other ways more easily.

If it came from the lab, which is possible, it's definitely a bat-based virus. The viruses they were working on were taken from bats. Where it was between the bat and humans is what is unknown. Maybe it was the lab, most likely through another animal. They now don't think it was the animals at the market.

The lab was sampling bats and humans in the area in 2017, suggested that previous SARS viruses came from a certain cave there, and warned 4 years ago that another spillover event into people could happen.

I have also heard that the AstraZeneca vaccines are getting spoiled because folks turn them down at the clinics ...however there has only been two cases of the clotting issue with it here in Canada, not sure how accurate that is.

More fun: There is a stay at home order in Ontario, however my Son is finished University and I have to travel 3.5 hours away (one way) with him to move out of his room in the house he rents with 3 other guys...by the end of this month. Landlord wants them out so he can fix up/clean up for the next tenants. Not sure if moving out breaks rules or not. You are only supposed to leave home to: work, get basic supplies, seek medical attention, assist someone who lives alone.

Really poor form on these. It’s a shame too because these are the shots that would be better suited to mass vaccinations as well as rural areas since the storage conditions are not as difficult as Pfizer and Moderna.

Just some pretty nasty temporary sides for some. Another person I work with got their second Pfizer dose Friday and felt like death Saturday and Sunday then poof sides were gone and he felt fine. Said he was shivering, sweating and slept about 14hrs. He also had covid not too long ago. I wonder if the people who get worse sides were exposed wether they knew it or not. Then I heard on the radio that people with “long covid” were getting better after vaccination. Weird. Also UK is going to start a forced exposure trial with people who had covid to see if they get it again. Will be interesting to see the data there.

About 80 of us had bad reactions in boot camp from Vaccinations. Same deal hot, cold, sweats. fever, nausea tossing cookies, some of us lucky bastards even got the Sh!ts. Too many of us for the hospital, they sent staff to us. I wouldn't want that again. No sir.
