I know your question is directed to MT. For years I’ve been donating eggs to the local food bank. I’ve also been selling eggs at work and 100% of the proceeds go to local Allied Services who in turn help others offset medical costs.

Im not sharing this info to get pat on the back. Im sharing this info to encourage others we can do our part no matter how small.

The sad thing is that people who want to help others are also getting raped by gubmint who keeps taxing us while they print money out of thin air to use Ukraine as money laundering facility.

Just imagine how much more we could do for others if gubmint left us alone.

Are people getting admitted to hospital or dying or having health ruined? If hopefully not... then let's not sweat about it.

(That all said I don't wish anyone has the inconvenience/unpleasantness of getting sick with anything. And I understand it's not good for clinically vulnerable, but neither are a lot of things)

And to NG... I don't know of anyone who's died from the Vax, although a couple of people who died from (original strain) COVID. At the very start, when Vax very first came out -- the risk/benefit balance of Vax was likely significant nett benefit. But nowadays... on balance sure it's a small negative

It's still a small positive, but realistically, unless you're in an at-risk class, it's nothing you have to really worry about.

Actually I am, I donate what I can financially, in addition to that I do food drives, toy drives for Christmas as well as deliver for the Christmas Hamper program. I also donate and work for the local food bank, initiated a school breakfast program and donate a lot of my time to assist with the less fortunate.
just to mention a few. This is something that I have been doing for over 40 years.

I think my efforts are valued more, appreciated and 100% more effective than talking to an imaginary sky daddy but you do you, whatever makes you feel good.

What’s interesting is you’re saying exactly what the solution is and what the Bible tells us to do.

All the nonprofit organizations that I know of that fight hunger all say we have more than enough food.

The Bible tells those who follow Him that we are to help the poor and hungry. If everyone got on board with that, we wouldn’t have an issue would we? He isn’t the problem, it’s us.

The issue is what is the efficacy...? Benefit versus sides. Will it increase or decrease problems in population as a whole or decrease hospitalisations and deaths etc?

Even for the updated (bivalent) vaccines, the whole reason there's a spike is because whatever is going around can evade the immune responses learned from vaccination and previous strains.

Except for the very most vulnerable who'd be under doctor lead care - that's up to their doc on individual circumstances, more generally... what's the point of vaccinating people?

(As you've seen from previous posts, I'm not "anti Vax". Just no longer pro this Vax as circumstances have changed)
