Please *** powerful curse words like "b*ttock", let's keep it classy in misc
Yeah, I'd take the vaccine. I'd hate to be some asymptomatic spreader and without knowing it pass it to someone at risk, also my wife's health has been suffering greatly in the last 2 years so I don't want to bring the virus home.
Personally I'd accept the very very small risk of having the vaccine in the hope that it mitigates the small risk of me giving the virus to someone else who is more vulnerable
very very small < small
Also for selfish reasons... if having a vaccine puts and end to all this life disrupting BS I'd have it today

I will when its my turn. From what I am hearing that wont be till well into 2021.
Received the normal flu shot a few weeks ago. Had some mild side affects for a couple of days.
I get colds (had one in Sept) and the flu really badly, last Feb I was down for 3-4 days in bed with what I am sure was a flu. I think its because I have really bad allergies...overactive immune system...which is not a good sign. Please record my time/reps if I pass out

The first number in my age is a 7 and I live with someone that has COPD, so I'll definitely get vaccinated. I can't even get a flu shot until the beginning of January, though and I can only get it then, because of who I live with.
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

hehe, good one.
And thanks for having my back on the Fishman thing, Greg. Seriously, it would be great if we could all reset and put the last few years of pettiness behind us. I'll sure as hell going to try, anyway. Life is too short to waste, period
This meaning no hard feelings cuz we all got a little bit emotional with the politics. and having feels is not only cool, but a strong indicator of true masculinity. Look that $hit up.
Tom, if I haven't said it, I just wanted to say that I like the cut of your jib.
oh yeah, and "no homo" for all you homos cuz I dont want you to get the wrong idea. Y'all got no chance.

I am thinking. Some may say “wow”. Yes. I feel marbles rollin’. So, vaccine is a virus, right? Some mild wussy mini-covid people will be volunteerly infected with. Why don’t we just travel to country with smallest covid-related mortality rate and have a big party? You need to be confirmed covid-free before travel though. Wouldn’t it be a fun way to get vaccinated? Ok, here is another one. If one kid in a classroom is vaccinated, will it not over time vaccinate the whole school? Vaccine is a virus, remember?

aha! here is one more, for helping. Vaccine may be a little harsh and actually kill elderly. Not maybe, but actually will. But the percentage will be so small that statistically it will be still worth it. If you think vaccination will make you safe around your infirm parents, well, this could be debated too. You may be perfectly adapted with antibodies and all, but carry other strains on you.

You would likely test negative for antibodies by now (for the antibodies they test), but be immune nonetheless. The cool thing about the vaccines is they mRNA types can be easily changed if the virus were to mutate substantially. It hasn’t yet, the few variations are close enough that reinfection is rare to nonexistent and cases of reinfection are likely test errors for one of the confirmed positive results.

British officials authorized a COVID-19 vaccine for emergency use, greenlighting the world’s first shot against the virus that’s backed by rigorous science and taking a major step toward eventually ending the pandemic.

I'll be a guinea pig - healthy enough and with enough leave that if I get sick I'm ok with it.... and working in the hospital I'll need it anyway.
Amused by so many so scared of the vaccine who simultaneously claim they're not scared of Rona. Make up yer minds. It's never too late!
