Best TV for ps5?

I’m looking for a 70 inch 4K TV that has hdmi 2.1 but also can take regular hdmi plugs. The specs on most sites don’t seam to specify. Any suggestions?

LG is pretty much the only one out of the main 3 (Sony, Samsung, LG) that has it in their main lines.

Sony has one that is supposedly specifically made for the ps5 or something like that. The X900H i believe.

Sony 900 or LG whatever their best OLED in that size range is.

LG OLED will give better picture quality, Sony will be cheaper and not susceptible to burn-in risks. Typically I'd say the OLED is better for dark rooms and LED better for light but the Sony 900 has very weak brightness for a LED and really weak HDR compared to their previous models so that actually become a non-factor here

If you’re buying a new TV because you want 120Hz you’re wasting your time. No PS5 game is gonna run at 1080p 120fps unless its some dumb **** like mine craft or fortnite. It can’t even do native 4k

But of course if you wait for new features that are just around the corner you'll be waiting forever I guess.

These early 2.1 sets are definitely cucked. As I eluded to above, I wouldn't recommend getting any TV of this model year unless you currently don't have 4k HDR.

Man I've been rocking with a 51" vizio since 2011. It finally died this year. But I'm moving into a new house next year so really have no need for a tv right away. Gonna go balls out and get the C1, along with the Sonos Arc Sound bar and surround sound can't wait. Gonna be a completely foreign experience to what I'm used to.

hows the burn in on the LG CX, that youtube video shows the image still on the screen and it was only 20 seconds of full brightness. very concerning
