Hey am Alex am 43 from Scotland am female to male transgender at the moment most of my body weight is a big stomach , hips and butt am more of a pear shape my top half is a lot thinner and i want to burn fat the only two things i have at home is my treadmill and very light weights i dont have a lot of strength and am normally just walk on the treadmill my body is female but am taking medication to make me more male like
I am 179lbs 81kg 4 foot 11 am obese and am vegan : my day start with peanut butter on toast and coffee , then soup for lunch ( normally lentil , chickpea , or sweet potato ) Dinner is normally noodles or rice , with meat replacement protein , with carrot , spring onion , pepper , and cucumber , i drink water , coffee , tea etc
my goal at the moment is getting to under bmi 30 , am bmi 36 at the moment but i do want to get to a good weight

count your calories, maybe try eating around 2200, weigh yourself every day for two weeks and see if your weight goes down. if it doesn't, decrease calories
your meal amounts are unknown, so we don't know how many calories you're eating. remember, weight loss is not about the foods you eat, it's about the amounts

i should really come clean about something
At the moment i eat under 1000 a day i have an eating disorder the peanut butter is low calories powdered peanut butter and the noodles are skinny noodles and same with the rice , i cant eat anymore than 1000 a day i restrict even lower sometimes i have lost weight this way and its been the only way i can lose weight i have tried other ways to lose weight before but never got any where

I have a few times tried 1500-2000 for at lest two weeks it trigged me binging , i take vitamins and am vegan , i just very fearful of gaining weight , i know its not healthy or sustainable 1500 even an extra 500 feels too much i know i cant keep doing this its not healthy at all , i have tried to get help for my eating disorder from my dr she just weights me and thats it am in the uk and because my bmi is 36 and not under 16 i cant get any help and i cant afford to pay for treatment....i will try and eat 1500

For a 4'1" female (by this I only mean physically and I understand this will hopefully soon change!) body, 1000 calories may not be too low if most of your excess bodyweight is fat (non-metabolic tissue). If it is effective, you don't get overly hungry, are losing 1-2lb per week and you are healthy on this calorie level then I don't see any reason not to stick to it. However if you consider yourself to have an eating disorder I recommend you put any fat loss efforts on hold and speak to a professional about the best way to approach this to avoid unhealthy eating patterns and thought processes.

yes i think id do need to change my mental attitude , am a bit like poor me , sorry , I am going to eat right , make sure i at lest have a good start to the day like porridge with fruit , i think i need to work on what to eat everyday get enough vitmins etc , i Can do this
