You can’t be an “independent” lawyer and work on someone’s case. Holy hell, even just giving people legal advice is a cardinal rule you don’t do unless you’re willing to create an attorney/client relationship. The entire legal profession is defined by rules like this.

I honestly haven’t been following all the details of all their bs, but collaborate can’t mean to work for Trump’s interests in anyway. Lin must then have his own client and his duty (legal duty) is to his client 100% completely, not trump.

Who is Sidney representing? And whoever this party is her duty is 100% to them - not trump.

So again, while their interests may run parallel (or not always) this is a really clear legal bright line, they are either on team Trump representing him, or they aren’t.

Look at her statement at 7:32 in the video I posted. She is pursuing voting fraud in general in this election and has found evidence more so on the side of democrats. She is not doing this on behalf of president trump but strongly believes that fraud was committed against trump.

I can’t challenge the results of my states elections “as a voter” in a lawsuit. And understand then there would be whatever 140 million individual possible lawsuits.

Edit: read the title page if his complaint, apparently he is suing on his own behalf. But I think the court could have kicked it for standing. I mean, again, every - single - voter in Georgia is apparently entitled to bring their own personal lawsuit then.

Sullivan is a political activist judge who can do nothing other than sign off on the case, but he is choosing to extend the charade and humiliate himself. But nonetheless, Powel has made "wild claims" in the past that turned out to be 100% true when the facts emerged.

So yes, these sound like outlandish claims, but she deserves to be heard based on her past reputation. If she is wrong, so be it, but to write her off without even being heard sounds a lot like what the left and media tried to do with the Flynn case. That didn't work out too well for them...
