The Trump campaign would need to make up a minimum 43500 vote deficit (AZ, WI, GA) to even have a chance...269-269. There is no judicial path via votes for him to win.

These aren't just procedural losses in lower courts, his claims are laughable and untimely. There are not enough votes to be set aside to close the margins and if he wanted to challenge the mail in ballots process, that needed to be done before the election. Millions of people voted absentee in good faith, we cannot disenfranchise them because Trump mismanaged his presidency.

It is sad to see grown adults believing in a conspiracy theory called "The Kraken"; two weeks ago Sydney Powell was all about Hammer and Scorecard, notice they are gone from her rhetoric. No evidence, no court complaint. This is pathetic.

So then Trump has to flip Michigan, PA, Wisconsin..... he's really trying in Wisconsin but it was reported only 3 ballots have changed so far. PA Giuliani complaint was dismissed with prejudice.

The Bush vs. Gore election had great legal minds arguing; the Trump election loss has Four Seasons Total Landscaping Rudy Giuliani vs. a powerhouse Marc E. Elias at Perkins Coie, the NAACP and every Democratic Lawyers association, people who have litigated civil rights and election law for decades.

Trump had Linda Kerns a divorce attorney in PA (she tried to withdraw) and Jenna Ellis has a small practice, Sydney Powell, small practice. None of these are election litigators.

The Democrat's have been planning for this fight for a year. Trump challenged them and told people he was going to call mail in ballots a fraud, the Democrats showed up with a football team of lawyers, every argument already planned and ready to fight.

They have said it will be about 2 weeks. They have said taking it to the supreme court is the strat. They have weeks to prepare what normally takes years.

Nothing anyone says means anything until the supreme court.

Be patient. I dont know what else can be said.

Sidney said by the end of this week their big lawsuits will be filed. If this week passes and nothing happens then I'll be extremely skeptical but she keeps saying by this Friday.
