That occurred On Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2019; the U.S. House of Representatives voted to impeach President Donald J. Trump, making him the third president since the founding of the United States to face this sanction.

bellwether meet watershed.
1 - isn't longcat still a bannable offense?
2 - isn't this a revised version of the first conspiracy that got all the Q nutjobs all juiced up with blue balls anticipating Hillary to be arrested and Obummer sent to Guantanamo Prison Camp? There's literally a zero percent chance this all happens as you want to believe.
Anyone who still believes that Dominion changed votes needs to take a step back and realize that they have a physical paper copy of each vote that shows in plain text English the voting selection of the voter, which the voter reviews and then hands to a poll worker. This paper trail with human readable text was what was hand audited in Georgia and found that the paper trail matched the electronic count.
It's quite impossible to change the votes electronically when there is an auditable paper trail that shows the voter their selection in plain text.
Here is a sample ballot similar to the one used in Georgia:

And yet... a high up executive at Dominion was on a conference call in September bragging to everyone listening that he'd (they'd) made sure that Trump couldn't win the election.

I know that's a talking point of the left, but if anyone takes the time to look at all of these supposed "losses Trump is taking in court", you would see that the talking point is mostly smoke and mirrors FUD by the left.
Some of these court proceedings are over procedural issues. Some are in front of hostile judges. Some are delaying tactics. None of them really mean anything now. The case ultimately has to be decided by the SCOTUS. Losses now are expected because each loss allows you to appeal the case in front of a higher court.
I think there are 3 ways this can go.
The SCOTUS refuses to take the case. This is highly unlikely.
The SCOTUS takes the case, but rules that there isn't sufficient evidence to nullify the results in the states in question.
The SCOTUS takes the case, rules that there is sufficient evidence, but defers to the states in question for remediation.
Until we get to that point, none of those little lawsuits about rules in use for mandated recounts (or whatever) means anything in the grand scheme.
I understand why the left is harping on it though. It serves their narrative and to ignorant or fiercely partisan listeners, it makes it sound like Trump is grasping at straws. He isn't. I know it. You know it. That sort of gaslighting doesn't work here.
The question is 1) is there enough time to put together a winning case in front of the SCOTUS, and if so, 2) will the GOP legislatures grow a sack in the next 2 weeks and have the courage to do what's right and just and seat Trump electors despite the wishes of the media and the democRAT coalition of radicals, billionaires, and Hollyweirdos."Buy a man eat fish, the day, teach man, to lifetime." - Joe Biden

1 - there is a verifiable paper trail, so even if Dominion wanted to, they couldn't change votes that were printed on paper. And the paper counts were hand audited in Georgia.
2 - that video proves nothing and is super suspect. It's from OAN and d the guy being interviewed is founder of a hard right fringe organization, plus he has no proof other than his word that he infiltrated this supposed call. Sketchy as hell , but again, even if true, they can't change paper printed out ballots. It's hard to win an argument with a smart person. GOP legislatures are quite unlikely to break the law and illegally choose electors against the confirmed will of their voters. Even Trump knows this.
To believe otherwise is as cringey as liberals that were hoping that same thing in 2016 that electors would vote for Clinton instead of Trump even though their state went for Trump.

The dumbest of all hot takes. Based solely on what you want to happen, not what is actually happening.
The SCOTUS must take the case. It's too important not to. Half the country has been disenfranchised. Whether you think they have or not is irrelevant. They think they have. I do too. For the SCOTUS to ignore their (our) concerns would be the final straw. They will hear the case brought in front of them by Rudy. Whether he can make the case is the issue. To those of us who feel that the election has been stolen (blatantly so!), we know this must get to the SCOTUS one way or another and the other cases don't mean much right now. The case the SCOTUS will get is one of election results integrity and whether state laws have been followed when making wholesale changes to the election rules the 2020 election was decided under. The latter is a slam dunk. I don't know about the former. Tough to put together an airtight case for something like that in just 4 weeks. There's plenty of anecdotal evidence and affidavits showing wide scale disenfranchisement of lawful voters, but I have no idea what threshold they have to get past for the SCOTUS to consider that proof to be sufficient to warrant a judicial remedy."Buy a man eat fish, the day, teach man, to lifetime." - Joe Biden

Lol. Something tells me that real life is going to come at you real fast real soon. No one cares about whether you "feel" something was stolen. Courts only care about facts.
Not my words, words of the Appeals court: βFree, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here,β Judge Stephanos Bibas wrote for the three-judge panel.
I hope you will accept it when it happens instead of running back to Trump for some clarification.

You're wrong. In bold are your feelings, but they aren't real.
Legislatures choose the electors. They can choose any group of people they want to and it's 100% legal. They are not required to choose the electors that the media wants them to, especially if they believe the election was fraudulent. The question is whether they will. Normally, a state level politician worries more about his own future and that's why they don't risk going against the wishes of their voters. However, if they believe their voters really did vote for Trump and they know they'll get primary-ed for buckling under pressure from the Biden-supporting media, the more dangerous course of action for their career is to do nothing.
The problem with this... and this should be chilling even if you are a Biden voter... is the pressure being brought to bear from bad actors outside of these states who are threatening to dox any legislator and their families who vote for Trump electors. There are a lot of unhinged TDS-afflicted Biden voters out there and these veiled threats of political violence have no place in a democracy. We already have enough political violence in 2020 by the left directed at monuments and police.

LOL. In 2016, on election night Hillary got drunk, cursed out everyone around her, and smashed as many lamps as she could find. The next morning she sobered up and claimed that Putin and Russia had stolen the election for Trump on the basis of ZERO evidence. For 3 years we had 99% of the media hammering home this narrative nightly until finally, after many millions of dollars were wasted and several lives were ruined, the narrative was proven to be totally unfounded.
Now, in 2020, you're acting like election fraud is inconceivable. That TDS-afflicted Biden supporters running ballot counting centers in blue cities, with all blue election workers, and local police and judges controlled by blue politicians, and election rules litigated by blue lawyers to be so wide open to fraud that you could drive a freight train through them, are so concerned with election honesty and integrity that there is no chance they'd add a few hundred thousand votes when nobody was watching to ensure Biden beats Trump.
Even after Biden bragged about having the best voter fraud team ever assembled.
Even after Biden told his supporters he didn't need their votes for the election, but he did need their support after.

He's talking about the case rudy filed in PA. I dont know if there was some kind if mistake or what (i think there have been 2-3 different lawfirms involved) but none of the evidence rudy has was included, and the way it was filed was really bad. He keeps saying its okay cus we want to get to SCOTUS anyway but as far as I can tell thats not how this works. If he had filed differently he could have had this with SCOTUS last week.
That being said he's having a lot more success with the legislature which may have been the point. The legislature doesnt need court approval to take overOfficial misc attachΓ© to the Kremlin

You may be right. This looks like state legislatures being the target. Not sure what they will drop in the next week but it will be an attempt at an empirical "boom" that pressures the legislature to send Republican electors.
To be honest we really dont care if you burn your own cities down and the legislatures should be doing this to choke off large cities in the future.

Honestly I think they're pursuing both and just going with whatever appears to be working. Our system wasn't really set up to rely on courts though, the legislature is the real authority here. I mean I want to believe Rudy is playing 4d chess but until I have more reason to believe it I'm going to assume they dun goofed with the courts, at least in PA, so they're going for the legislature.

11-28-2020, 02:18 PM #926WASHINGTON β Hillary Clinton said in a new interview that Joe Biden should not concede the 2020 presidential election βunder any circumstances," anticipating issues that could prolong knowing the final outcome.
βJoe Biden should not concede under any circumstances, because I think this is going to drag out, and eventually I do believe he will win if we don't give an inch, and if we are as focused and relentless as the other side is,β Clinton said in an interview with her former communications director Jennifer Palmieri for Showtime's βThe Circus,β which released a clip Tuesday.

So how many days did it take the media to "call" the election?
How is it comparable to your next day scenario?
Just on it's own, these swing states had a low to no rejection rate on mail-ins when in the primaries a month before was at 4.5%.

I mean it doesn't even need to be as nefarious as Dominion switching our votes which I believe
happened. This right here with the mail in ballots was the difference. They were so easy to manipulate and just push through that it changed the tides.
I mean we don't even have to look into the other things that happened like shutting down the count in Atlanta because a Urinal was leaking lmao.
