Sedition and insurrection seem to be missing furthering the point that the riot spilled over with the intent to DISRUPT congress and and not overthrow it. How courts treat election fraud. If you suspect a crime is about to be committed, they can't help you b/c no crime has been committed yet ("standing"), but once the crime has been committed they can't help you then either, because they can't stop the crime anymore (laches/moot).
