age 53. Don't forget he is low bodyfat. Has visible abs
^most ridiculous chit ever
meanwhile age 55. Chain smoker, drinking problems.
aging is all genetic. Supplements are bullchit, probably cause more damage. Supplementing always ends up causing a imbalance in your body if you use them long term.

fuark you know when rogaine sees a full thick luscious head of hair like brad's, his skin just starts turning red as his eyes start to bulge and veins start to appear on his ugly nutsack head.

Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

Brad pitt is actually 57
True, but also imagine if brad pitt wasnt going thru depression or chain smoking now? He would look even better. He lost a ton of weight and aged after angelina jolie divorced him and she is some cold Woman wouldn’t even give him a second chance all because he told the cambodian boy to mind his own business and go back to China

He had the oldest, worst method done. I remember him mentioning it on the podcast. He basically found a cheap doctor in 1997 and said, "Gimme a chitty 1980s plugs transplant". The technology had already improved by the late 90s, but he didn't go for that.
Honestly with the way his natural hair was worn, he could have just worn a piece (like david spade) and nobody would have known.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

he most certainly has had something, every hollywood person has besides maybe clint eastwood and some others who you can tell actually aged normally. People say he didnt have ANY procedures dont understand, he was a born chad, he didnt need to rearrange his face, redo his nose or jaw ect. prob only some minimal chit for aging and also some work to maintain the hairline. There are still maybe idk 5-10% of guys who have a top tier hairline in their 50s and 60s, so there is a chance that is him but if he is like everyone else then he had some work done.

Exercise and diet are crucial but 90% srs of the benefits from it (looks, health, strength, fitness) can be achieved by a non life disruptive gym and diet cycle.
Aka going to lift 4x a week, maybe run 2 days, rest the 7th, don’t go crazy with diet but still eat lean meat and veggies when possible, skip the potato chips at the bar, etc
The rest: juice, supplements, working out twice a day, intense calorie counting, etc takes substantially more effort than what I mentioned above, with the results pretty negligible

yeah his life is way more together, hes way more mentally alert, way more physically able to do things a younger person could. He can be his own person, he might have to bend over for spotify here or there but a movie star is in another universe in terms of being a politically correct cuck for your overlords, everything about actors is for a fake persona. I cant imagine what a 3 hour unscripted discussion from brad pitt would be like, the most boring politically correct drivel ever.
look at how bad they cucked johnny depp, they fired him from his next movie role because he lost a civil suit in a different country with a cucked feminist legal system. Who cares what happened with the lawsuit, there was plenty evidence shown that she was a conniving manipulative sloot with her own drug problems and untrustworthy. What does the lawsuit results have to do with him being in the movie.

Stupid comparison
Yes some people can have horrible habits and look better than someone who makes an effort. That's true. But you have a range for how you can look personally and sh8tty habits will likely make you look sh*ttier personally. Maybe you won't look better than chain smoker Brad even if you do everything right, but you will look better than chain smoker You by comparison."One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
