Zero progress. Recomping is painfully slow and boring. I can see that I'm losing fat. It's really not being reflecting in my weight though.

Stay strong. Stick it out. Trust the process.

I've just had the injection into my ankle, and it's fecking sore. It's a painkiller so should kick in shortly, but I'm currently just say in the waiting room for some function tests.

If this works, it'll mean I may avoid having bone surgery, and may simply have a keyhole surgery on the soft tissue.

It's worked! I've been walking around today pain free! I'm dreading this wearing off, but right now it's totally fantastic.

When this is fixed it'll open up so much more for me, from long calorie burning bike rides to deadlifts, farmers walks and shrugs.
