I've been having the ****tiest sleep since my concussion in the summer of 2019. I think i'm plateau'd in the gym, and in life as well. My sleep quality is so ****, and it's causing me a lot of stress, not sure if i'm able to make gains like this.
Was wondering if anyone's found any supplements and dosing that helped improved their sleep quality?

it sounds like too much stress , anxiety or worry is the main cause
Id try meditation and see how that works fr you, guided mediations on YouTube work well. Breathing and counting to ten in a stressful situation can work wonders

I have some EVL SleepMode. It works well. Dosage is 2 and I only take 1 and it works fine.
And of course there's always edibles with 5mg CBD and 5mg THC. That's on the very low, starter side; they go up from there.2017 OCB Men's Physique Open 4th place

My wife got melatonin gummies for my son. Only 1mg.. I eat 2 or 3 of those and I'm out in 30minutes. Only "problem" I have now is I sometimes go to sleep at 9 and wake up at 4am wide awake. Might try 5am workouts.
I've gotten a lot better with the stress and anxiety. I have a small business and it was awful a couple years ago. I'd wake up 1am, 2am and not be able to get back to sleep. Mind racing, felt like I just drank 20 cups of coffe.
I started drinking but that just made matter worse in the long run. The thing that has worked is figuring out what's really the cause and adressing it. I don't take on stressful jobs, I don't make myself available to my customers 24/7. I've had to be a hardass to a couple customers, even tell one to screw and gave them their money back. Anxiety is like friggen torture when it's to the point you can't even sleep, I'm not going to go back down that road. I must have had 2 dozen calls from past customers looking to have me do more work (all small stupid crap) or fix something stupid from 3yrs. ago when I was already booked for the summer. I take up to 20mg of Melatonin + Theanine every night. If you haven't taken melatonin before, you won't need more than 5 mg or 10 mg to get to sleep. Melatonin is the hormone that regulates your sleep, so it will directly help you sleep. You can buy either instant release or timed release; I prefer timed release.
Something that also works is Kava tea at night before bed. Pirates used to take Kava in heavy doses when they ran out of rum as a hallucinogen, but especially if you pair Kava with Melatonin, you will sleep like a rock. It really mellows you out.
