Maybe a dumb question, but you gents seem to know more than I do about nutrition.
Was using Evo Hemp Protein powder for a while. It has a very good nutrition profile. Specifically, I was getting manganese, which I wasn't getting elsewhere in my diet. This is on top of the protein and fiber that I wanted when I started buying it.
I accidently ordered Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein powder and it doesn't show any manganese on the label, or on the site that I use to see nutrition profiles. So, I'm assuming that it can't be that different from the Evo as it's just organic protein seed powder. I am assuming that the nutrition profiles aren't that different, and I am still getting my manganese. Am I correct in assuming that, or would you guess that I am if you don't know?

I tend to combine eating really healthy and pretty unhealthy into each day's diet plan. I get all of my vitamins and minerals from food. However, I tend to use carbs as my source of unhealthy stuff that tastes good. So, I don't eat much grains. I'll eat some rice or potatoes sometimes, or maybe some whole wheat cereal. Generally, I need more manganese and the hemp protein I was using had more than enough.

I suggest entering your diet on www.cronometer.com It will tell you if you're really deficient in any micros.
