Insanity Programme - Is it Making Me Ill?!

Hi all,

I started the Insanity programme about 3 years ago and got great results... I really enjoyed it!

However, I never followed the diet plan and just continued to eat my healthy, normal diet.

I stopped and tried various other things but during Coronavirus lock down I took Insanity up again for the convenience.

Again, I am really enjoying it, getting great results but not following the diet plan.

The only problem is that both times whilst doing the Insanity programme, I have experienced horrendous and frequent bladder infections.

I feel great otherwise, but about every 2 months I get an aggressive bladder infection. I am honestly drinking plenty of water, so don't think it's that.

Over the past month I have suffered 3 bouts, even with antibiotic courses...I never associated with exercise before but it just seems strange that other times I have worked the Insanity programme I have had very frequent infections... has anyone else experienced anything similar or is it just a coincidence?

My doctor just says drink more water but I honestly do nothing but drink water!

Maybe drink cranberry juice.

And only put your weewee into sanitary places.

Neither bladder infections nor muscle growth are side effects of Insanity.

Wear clean underwear too. Don't turn it inside out or backwards and reuse it.

Make sure you pee after sex or jerking off. Switch from lotion to quality silicon based lube.
