Measured from the very top of the rim to the top of my right middle finger and got exactly 24.5 inches.
I then jump a conservative 4.5 inches above the rim from a standing start. No run up. Personal record.
My entire life I was stuck at 24 inches. Finally a huge break through on the standing vertical.
Power to weight ratio is getting better.
Current paused hack squat with my feet at the bottom of an Icarian hack squat machine is 450.
Really need 470 to see an increase in this.
Doing this as a NON-myostatin deficient athlete so only compare me to other NON myostatin deficient athletes. Not myostatin deficient Anthony Joshua who does yoga and probably has a 41 inch vertical.
Either do your running back training or don't train at all.
Bigger, faster, stronger, and hotter than all.
Naturally.
Two more inches and this could quite very possibly be a natural NON-myostatin deficient WR based on height, age, weight, and hotness levels.
Based on my calculations i'm going to need 470 to hit 30. And right about 500 to really hit 31.
If I get 31 that should lower my hand time in the 60 down to 6.76.
Also sucks that Bugenhagen can't jump. I really thought he would be able to do a 10 foot broad jump. He just posted a video the other day with his toe 2 inches over the line and he got 8 foot 8 inches. My current PR this year is 9 foot 0. Bugenhagen can't compete with my overall fitness levels.
Nobody can.
You're all weak AF naturally.

I don't know. I'll have to re measure. Last time I checked it was an inch or so smaller than my left.
On a side note I saw Bob digital posting on instagram the other day about his so called " PRs" at the gym.
He still thinks that whatever he's accomplishing actually counts.
It's really fun to watch the delusion at play in his mind.

Here's Bugenhagens 8 foot 8 inch broad jump.
Don't worry Bugenhagen you only had to gain like 47 lbs of bodyweight to push your bench press from 410 to 475 with a bounce. Wow because that's so hard to do.
Bugenhagen looks like the stay puff marshmellow man right now.
Bugenhagen is nowhere near my power to weight ratio right now. I'm doing a conservative 420 with a bounce right now at 6'0 and 205. If I wanted to I could get my bodyweight up to 265 and do the same thing. Wow big deal.
It's one thing to get beat in overall fitness levels by a 30 year old. And then a whole other thing to get beat in overall fitness levels by a 41 year old. Bugenhagen is what like 32? Sucks to get beat in the overall athlete category by someone 9 years older than you.
Naturally.

It's funny when a nobody like me comes out of nowhere and basically blows every single natural fitness model out there out of the water in overall fitness levels.
Steve Cook looks like the stay puft marshmellow man. He's not an athlete. Cooks like " look mom and dad if I try really hard I can be an athlete too." "Yay"
Nothing he accomplishes counts.
Layne Norton can't compete with me. Who's hotter? Me or Layne? Exactly.
Sucks when the entire NON-myostatin deficient fitness world gets roasted by a nobody with zero followers on youtube, insta, ********, and twitter. I have negative 800 followers now on instagram. I only followed 21,000 or so gay guys from Brazil and then unfollowed them to get 2900 of them to follow me back.
In the past 3 years my followers on insta went from 2900 to right about 2100 or something right now. For a net gain of negative 800.
I don't even need followers and i'm still going to be bigger, faster, stronger, and HOTTER than you all.

All that power and athleticism and yet can't even land on the practice squad for the Jets. Go figure.

Here's Metcalf stating his bench is only 350 as of Feb 2020. And that's probably with a bounce. So not only am I benching more than he is at 20 lbs less body weight but i'm benching 70 lbs more than he is.
Also I don't even know why i'm comparing myself to a MYOSTATIN DEFICIENT miracle growing human/plant. Metcalf is no different than a plant with miracle grow poured all over him. It requires zero effort as a myostatin deficient athlete to grow big.
As we already went through this numerous times according to the NCBI article below that states that over 30 percent of african americans are myostatin deficient.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1698719/
Metcalf is on the upper end of the myostatin deficiency scale. There are numerous levels to it. Some athletes are on a higher or lower end of it.
UK sprinter Harry Aikines is on the upper end of it also.
Here's Aikines instagram page.
https://www.instagram.com/aikines/
In this article Aikines even admits that he got tested for the deficiency.
https://athleticsweekly.com/featured...muscles-52851/
Direct quote from the article above.
""Aikines-Aryeetey, who has a myostatin deficiency which manifests in reduced body fat and increased muscular build, says shifting weight can be a challenge but he manages to keep his natural weight well below 90kg.""
Also that 90kg statement is misleading as he's been 210 some years and sprinting.
Anthony Joshua does yoga workouts but due to his myostatin deficiency he grows like a plant with miracle grow poured all over him no matter what workout program he's on.
I can take this one step further.
Because none of these athletes even know what a good workout program is. Metcalf doesn't even know how to sprint properly. You're never suppose to do a huge backswing or open ended 90 degree arm angle. You're suppose to keep your arms and hands as close to your face at all times to reduce drag on air.
Let's say for instance I was myostatin deficient and I was on my workout program. My 100 time would be 9.28. My vertical would be 56 inches. And my bench would be 589 lbs at 205 lbs bodyweight.
So not only is DK nowhere near his absolute potential because he's basically just low IQ, but given the same situational myostatin deficiencies I would blow his accomplishments out of the water. No wonder he's only benching 350. He's on the wrong workout program.
No wonder he looks like a geek in the face. Because he is. He's basically just a geek with a myostatin deficiency.
I'm watching videos of his training on youtube right now and he's doing yoga workouts like a bitchh. Just like Joshua. Just like Walker with his 1000 pushups and situps.
You don't need to be on the right workout program when you're myostatin deficient.
Therefore seeing that we already made the rule that you can't compare me with a myostatin deficient because i'm a NON-myostatin deficient athlete, then this whole 2 mins that it took me to type this with my 130WPM is pointless.
So who's your next best athlete to compare me to?
I basically just negated and absolutely made a complete roasting of 75 percent of the NFLs accomplishments in the past 100 years and track and fields accomplishments in the past 100 years or so. And that's me operating at only 53 percent of my absolute maximum roasting capacity levels to keep it somewhat PG for this site for all of the geeks.
Nice try though.
Did you want to maybe try Christian Mccaffrey? Or Trey Hardee? Or someone else? Well technically you can't even use Mccaffrey because he's a fraud. But who's your next best NON myostatin athlete to compare me to?
Layne Norton?
What's Laynes vertical and broad? What's his 60?
Sucks when you try to do a comeback and you get completely roasted huh? That must suck.
