EliteFTS said they MIGHT put the SS Yoke on sale if they get their inventory they are expecting (though they have been experiencing delays). I have been wanting to snag one of those so I'm going to wait to see anyway, I've waited this long so I can go another week.

NVM, also check your local DSG for Powerblock's. I just repurchased the set I flipped back in March with their $20 off $100 Black Friday promo, $298 after tax and they have the curbside pickup so I'll have them today. It's been a minute since they finally had them back in stock, made $120 off the last set so that works for me

The EliteFTS Spider bar is still the gold standard for this type of bar as far as I'm concerned, but for $225 shipped I'm going to try it out.

Pretty much. A deal these days is 1) In stock 2) Full retail price 3) Actually in stock to where they can ship it and you'll receive in a week or so (as opposed to bullsh*t in stock)

I am currently using only fat bars due to elbow and shoulder issues


So far I have only hallow bars

Anybody has this bar ? If yes is it solid one? Looks like it is not but tough to tell as it says weight of the bar is 55 lbs Usually 7 ft solid ones are like 70 lbs and above

I can go custom route with bigness strength but I think wait time is like 3 to 4 months

Vulcan's was pretty crappy. Considering their customers service sucks ***, 5% for $1-2K is pre6tty disappointing. Heck, I get 5% on sporting goods with one of my credit cards.

Picked up the Yukon bar when they had it on flash sale + 5% coupon a month or so ago. It does have the issue of potentially sliding down the j-cup when the first 45 is loaded on (easy to work around), but I'm pretty happy with it and it's let me get back into "normal" back squatting with a messed up elbow/shoulder. At the sale price there's nothing better without paying 2x or more.

I'm not going to buy anything this BF, but that Standing Back Extension really caught my eye. I've wanted one ever since I saw Edge's unit ($700), lots of possibilities with that thing...(reverse flys, bent over rows, good mornings, preacher curl, band work, ect).

I've got their curl bar and am satisfied with it. I just think their CS sucks. The CS bar isn't terribly high in this industry either, so that says something. :P

Meh, I got a sled strap and some accessories for my new lat machine from elite. I doubt I will get anything for quite awhile unless prices get back in line, I have more than what i need now of course lol

Not a Black Friday deal, but I found the design of these squat stands REALLY interesting! They are 2.7x2.7" which isn't hateful, you could easily shim some 3x3 attachments if you wanted to add a little nicer j-hooks. Was just thinking there are alot of different situations where these could come in handy. Mobile setup, drag them outside on a nice summer day, extreme limited space in an apartment (pair with a foldable flat bench/ 5ft barbell)? If these ever dipped down into the $150 range I might have use for something like that....

No, it shows up in your cart. Unless they are doing a special that specifically applies to the SS Yoke then it isn't eligible for free shipping. A lot of stuff doesn't qualify.

If i ever get rid of my monster rack and find a good power tower , i would try get some thing like this made by local welder at 72" height. Over all height of 54" or so seem to be little short for SQ and OHP .

Only thing you would need a rack is for pull ups and hanging stuff.

It's basically on apparel type stuff. I wish they would be more clear on that because it is very confusing.
