I did my usual ~$100 at Spud - this year was the Big Ray strap and godzilla band, figure 9 straps, and wrist wraps.

Finally broke down and ordered a Pso-rite - $50 shipped seemed worth the risk on it, but I do know some guys that say it helps, the big thing is if I'll actually use it - like all my other mobility helpers.

Ordered BOGO mouthpieces from New Age, mine is getting towards the end of it's life.

Not really BF but snagged an Echo bike that a guy I know was selling, he's dropping it off on Sunday to join the rest of my cardio that doesn't get used.

I've actually pulled my psoas major pretty bad and dealt with a really tight psoas for years. That said, the Pso-rite does basically nothing for me except make me sore when I lay on it from two big pieces of plastic jabbing into my stomach. I got much better results from doing the psoas march with a band.

Lower back hurts like a mofo with it, but in a kinda good way that I think if I keep going it will help.

Shoulders and upper back feels dang good but will take a bit of time getting used to the hard plastic over other methods.

I still haven't seen a shipment for my SS Yoke that I got before Thanksgiving. I know EliteFTS doesn't send out tracking numbers but it should pop up on my UPS app whenever it does ship.

Nice buy! Had I not spent enough already this year I probably would've went with either the SS Yoke, or Crepinsek's SSB...Snickers are one of my vices so I might eventually order one from Crep lol.

CAP has another that looks similar as well, a step down for $149 on Amazon. The CAP+ bench is special though, with Ironmaster increasing it's price to $399 the CAP+ is a very attractive deal. Especially if they eventually drop it back down to $349. The functionality/specs of the Ironmaster are undeniably better, but if you wanted a dedicated db bench that feels incredibly overbuilt I don't think you can find a better deal than the CAP+ bench.

Just got my SS Yoke yesterday so exactly 3 weeks. Some imperfections on the bar but whatever, I'm not going to worry about it too much. Overall it is as solid as you'd expect, now I need to finally get some axle collars. Anyone know of any that arent expensive?
