I’ve had bone bruising for months and I really would love to get it fixed
Anyone ever had to deal with this
It’s in my knee so legs are a pain to train

Lmao yes doctor said rest it for a few months I tried that but wondering if there was anything that especially helped people

I'd consider following up, maybe getting a referral for treatment if there haven't been improvements by now. Or maybe getting assessed by a physio.

Did you really rest it for a few months or did you just try to train through it?

If you did rest and it's been months, consider going back to the doctor for an MRI and X-ray to make sure there's no damage to the bone, ligaments, etc. or fluid buildup beyond just the bruise.

I got an mri they said they couldn’t see anything other then some fluid around the bone and said it must just be bone bruising or something
