New rumor: keep Biden from reaching 270

The plan now isn't to get states in the Trump category, it's to have entire state's elections rendered null and void due to not following proper procedures for observations, absentee counting, reconciling/tabulation, etc and arguing that the absentee ballots are so intermixed with the legit ballots that it's now impossible to distinguish the two.

If entire states are tossed then Biden cant get to 270. In that scenario with neither candidate getting 270 we go back to the state delegation system whereby GOP has the edge 26-24.

Not saying I think this is happening or is gonna work, just passing along some scuttlebutt from inside the beltway.

Pretty sure I have a post from last week where I mentioned that Trump's team is going to get things thrown out on procedure and not fraud. Fraud is hard to prove. States not following their own laws? That's easy.

The only way Trump can get re-elected at this point is - is to keep petitioning the courts long enough to stop the states from certifying the election results.

So once the deadline (somewhere in December IIRC) passes then whatever EC votes Biden or Trump have become irrelevant.

Then the House gets to pick the next President via delegate votes from each state. States with a Republican delegate majority will vote for the republican candidate and so on.

You can't toss away millions of legal votes, that's never going to fly wth people. If there's still doubt after the investigations then surely the fairest solution would be to rehold the elections?

Dems will never go for holding re-elections because they know they will lose without mail-in ballots.

I guess we just have to wait and see what the courts say. Personally, I think it's pretty obvious some serious shady **** happened when counting the ballots. The hard thing to know is if that actually made a difference.
