just went up there to take a couple measurements quick, was too windy to actually stay up there and work. every gust was enough to push you right off the tower, just had to hold on tight when it hit. weather network was showing 100kmph gusts
I did not have to climb FYI, it was deemed unsafe and we were clear to stay off the tower. Myself and the foreman went up because we wanted to; it was a rush and i'm glad I got to experience it
the whole tower would sway and shake with every gust, we didn't even bother going on the booms -- they looked like they were ready to fly off they were moving so much

Wtf is 100kmph?
Kilo mile per hour?-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

there's actually snow on the ground just not in the trees. and I have no reason to lie lmao, everyone here knows what I do for a living and I share pics and videos all the time
if you look at the forecast youll also see 100kmph wind gusts as well
if you take the climbing face there's a rail that runs all the way up the tower that you attach a trolly to that you use as a safety (hooks on to your front D ring)
otherwise we double hook (use two hooks that click on to the rail attached to a lanyard that's attached to your harness***Canadian Crew***

definitely went intentionally out of my comfort zone for this one, I could have said no easily but chose to give it a go
it was a good thril
got paid my 8 today whether I climbed it or not, if you like a good rush then you would've liked it for sure
only unnerving part really is feeling like the tower is gonna collapse the whole time, which is a pretty familiar feeling for me now after doing a de-stack and bunch of new stacks***Canadian Crew***
