Free workout tracker program for Windows?

Does anyone know of a good, free or open source workout tracker program to download for Windows? I need something that allows me to create my own workouts. I don't need anything fancy, just the workout, set, reps, amount of weight, keeping track of my own weight and measurements, and keeping a log.

(if there are no good free ones, than I will look at inexpensive ones.)

    Thank you.

For your home computer, excel, open office, sheets, or google docs work fine.

For android phones I've been using a free app called "Strong". It has a glitch-free clean interface that allows me to track most powerlifting or BB lifts. It has about half the olympic variations you'd need (so i just add notes). It doesn't have all the crossfit style exercises but w/e. The lift history function is decent.
