What do you think about supplementing Pregnolone + Beta-Ecdysterone? What advice do you have ?
I have a powerlifting competition among young men in March and I want to supplement these in my preparation.
Thank you!

Alright, I have the last 2 questions , sir:
1. If I don't want to ,,enhance" my body with them, because these are natural supplements and I want just to sustain my effort, not dreams, this is a good combination ?
2. How these can affect me at age 22 if these are just natural supplements, not roids ?
Thank you !

I can't find any positive studies on NCBI about Pregnolone : "Treatment with pregnenolone did not increase serum testosterone, free testosterone, cortisol, DHEA, estradiol, or androstenedione levels (...) As pregnenolone is a potential precursor to a number of steroids, pregnenolone could theoretically be metabolized to all of these molecules".
If your brain does not tell your body to produce more testosterone, Pregnolone will be useless.
Regarding Ecdysterone, one study suggest it should be classified as anabolic agent. I'm not sure about Beta-Ecdysterone, it may be different : "An anabolic activity of ecdysterone was clearly confirmed by our investigation. The anabolic potency of the ecdysterone was comparable or even higher as found for the anabolic androgenic steroids".
Sorry I can't link the studies for now, I need 50 posts.

Did you watch the video I posted?
If not, let me summarise for you: even if these products can make small increases in testosterone, there is no evidence to suppose that it will improve muscle gain. It's a completely different scenario to using injectables - and don't ask me about those (forum rules), watch the video.
