Yeah, why would you do that to yourself? I drink like 3 max, usually less though.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Haha easily, I have 4, 1 liter bottles in the fridge, I usually have 5-6 of those a day, 3 water bottle fills at the gym... plus whatever I mix shakes/greens with, which is easily another liter

Ya, easily 7-10 litres. I'm thirsty.

Part of me wonders if that is a symptom of diabetes happening here...

Being THAT thirsty is highly unusual for anyone not doing tons of endurance training

Bloodwork always comes back perfectly, but ya, obviously my body is terrible. Hence how can I eat so little and workout hard/lots and not get the results I want, very frustrating.

I've also tried every supplement under the sun.... like you name it. I've run it for a few weeks to see any difference. (latest test is bumping up calcium a bit, 1500-2G a day)

The weird part is, my athletic performance is great, I feel decent. I never feel too high or low on sugars etc...

I feel much "better" when smaller, but it's just deathly hard to take weight off and doctors really don't have time to care.

Doesn't mean much without knowing the tests you've had done. Have you had eg glucose tolerance or an A1C done?

Last time I went for a check up was probably 1.5 years ago. Ya I mentioned I can't take weight off to save my life (literally). So ya, they did a thyroid panel and fasting glucose etc.. Said everything was fine. I do remember fasting overnight before getting blood taken in the morning.

In fairness I absolutely was overeating at the time and my lifestyle was more sedentary. I was easily 3500-4500 cals a day. I was going to gym like always, but I was absolutely overeating.

Fasting glucose and glucose tolerance are different tests. You would know if you did a glucose tolerance. It's multiple blood draws over a 2 hour period.

    I have an odd question....

I also have terrible bowel movements, 4-6 times a day, most of the time very/all watery/loose/incomplete/yellow, Sometimes some solids. Never one log. I know this is bad/not correct. My body is basically storing everything as fat.... not much comes out in relation to how much goes in per say.

When I've taken Ephed.... perfect poops, like instantly, as soon as I start taking it. 1-2 bowel movements a day, reasonable log... perfect, complete etc..

I've tried all types of digestive stuff, berberine, msm, probiotics, Metamucil, you name it, I've tried it... Nothing that is "the same" as E.... some have limited degrees of success. When I eat high beef meals/steak it's better...

Ephedrine causes slower gut motility as far as I can read, and obviously uses lots of water via sweat/bodily functions.

Can I replicate this digestive effect with anything else that's not a amphetamine obviously???

That isn’t a thing... doesn’t work that way.

If anything loose stool could indicate WORSE nutrient absorption.

I realize it's not "exactly that" I'm just stating that, food goes in, very little comes out... in contrast to when I have good digestion...

I also came across another interesting observation.

Veterinary science knows absolutely everything about vitamins and minerals in their animals... cows, horses, dogs, cats, pigs etc...

Yet doctors and human health professionals are still relatively guessing in comparison.

I find that insane, or a legit purposeful dis-info "conspiracy" "big medicine" type of thing to make us fat and sick.

****, still no change. Around 303/302 empty/post morning dump.

I've cut down on the food this last 72 hours to see if I can get some movement and nothing.

It's now 14 weeks since I started, started at 315/316.

I mean, I guess that's "alright" but damn. I seem to be sticking.

Was really hoping to be 1.6-2.0lbs a weeks.

Eating has been good since Christmas, prep has been tight with very minimal deviation.

On the upside, I'm not gaining.... and wasn't overly careful at Christmas time, and I'm down 2.5 since then.... So I guess that's a positive.

    Finally started moving again today...

299 before changing into gym clothes on a "normal" day. No big water swings or anything like that.

    Took long enough.

Rolling again after upping the cardio.

297.2 this morning. Lowest I’ve seen yet!

Upped it to 50-60 minutes walking after the workout instead of 20-30.

No change in diet. Hopefully this continues

Legit 295.6 this morning.... I was 304 last week in december after Christmas, so that’s 9 pounds this month... I guess I’ve upped my loss rate.

I made an interesting discovery. If I skip dinner/evening meal because I’ve already maxed on on calories for the day, I get a ton of scale movement overnight

So say I had lunch at 2pm or whatever and I had hit my 1500-1800 cals for the day between breakfast and lunch, if I just have a protein shake or nothing, and water. I seem to get the scale to move big time. The after gym burn must do a lot for me overnight. We’re only talking like 8pm and overnight, no big fast or anything

If you're eating 1500-1800 calories... you'll lose fat no matter what... doesn't matter what time you eat them...

    Jesus you must be starving...

Not at all man, my body is just fine on lower cals. I don’t really notice. Sure I can eat, but I’m never dying. Performance is stil decent to good.

I’m just super happy I’m seeing some faster Movement. This January average was 2.1 pounds a week.

    294. Pretty slow pace for the last 17 days. Pretty much 1 pound.

Workouts have been good as always, cardio is good, meals / diet have been relatively on point.

Thought about something the other day, I had said that my digestion was perfect on EC stack, but otherwise I have horrible digestion. Ephedrine is known to slow gut motility, but the Hydrochloride part is the what’s more interesting.

Notice I also claimed to never really be hungry even on low cals (and I’m not). Low stomach acid can lead to lots of digestion issues..

So what’s the most common thing for that betaine HCl... well isn’t that interesting perhaps the Perfect digestion and nearly 70-80% increase in weight loss speed was from improved stomach acid levels, less so from the Ephedrine. (As ec stack should really only provide 10-20% difference)

Will throw in some betaine HCL since its super common and cheap and see if it makes the same difference in digestion.... or if I get similar result.

If I do have a flaw, I may be good on calories, but my protein can absolutely slip. There may be days when im under 150 grams, even under 100. Sometimes I'm just not in the mood for a bunch more boring egg whites or another 2 scoop shake.... or more greek yogurt. AKA "it's easy to skip meals and save calories" So I absolutely guilty of that.

Let me get the protein up to 225-250 grams every single day and let's see if I get rolling again. I've had similar situations and usually I stop going down because I've let the protein slip under that 160-175 range.

This weeks main courses are ground turkey and bison balls wrapped in a bacon strip, so let's see if I can't get it rolling.

you don’t need 225 grams of protein and just eating more protein at the same calories won’t cause you to lose weight faster or more

Thanks for the reply, I've just noticed in the past, when I am having success, my protein is over 170 for-sure. I'm not sure of the hormonal trigger, but it's definitely more noticeable for me. Ive had this happen before, If I'm 100% diligent at hitting that 200+ scale starts to move again.

I realize it "shouldn't" matter that much, but it's something to do with the hormonal setup going on.

On another note, I added in pomegranate extract and artichoke extract and I have MUCH better digestion going on in the last two days. Most solid/complete overall. (I tried taking fibre and such already)

Let me be super attentive to the protein this week and make sure im getting that 175-200+ and we will see if I can get the scale to start moving again.

I have meal prep tomorrow and it's bison/turkey balls wrapped in bacon, so will be 100% measuring/weighing.

It's kinda of just a big game of controlling cortisol/insulin timing for me. Like much more than "regular" people. Hence why my bowel movements were so bad. When I've ran EC stack, Im getting lots of insulin sensitivity and essential "cheating" it. Hence perfect bowel movement on it.

nothing hormonal happens when you eat excess protein. You could eat only 1800 cals of candy bars or 1800 calories of only lean meat, if your daily total calories is a deficit you will lose weight all the same. You probably are just losing water weight with higher protein and lower carb

    Posting for accountability

291.8, for some reason February was slow, but the pace has picked up in the last 5-7 days again big time.

Should see the 280’s in the next 7 days hopefully.

Next goal is 275. That will be 50% complete overall. Then we will aim for 255, then 235, and see what i look like at 235.

235 will be the same weight I weighed from 18-22 YO. I will probably go down to 225-220, but let’s get there first.
