hi just want to know my ldl level in blood are low and my hdl are low will weight training and diet help that am looking to build muscle too ask am a bit skinny can i take protein shakes along side with creatine is it aade thanks

Hypertrophy is driven by a caloric surplus to TDEE, weight training with progressive volume and getting rest.
