    Popping behind the knee

At this very moment i cant stand on my right heel. Whenever i try, there is a pop/click behind the knee and the whole foot drops on the floor.
In summer i was visiting a friend and throwing her 7y old kid in the water, got lower back pain doing that, which went away, but then noticed that i cant put my foot properly when walking, it kinds ... drops. Also the top of my foot towards ankle feels numbish.
Last year i had a proper dead foot. Couldnt lift it at all, was hanging on its own per say. So no too concerned about that numbness on my foot, more worried aboit clicking behind the knee.
    Any ideas ?

    Thx

Nope. I can add that the popping feels at the back of the knee, left side.

I suggest getting it looked at by a professional who can recommend rehabilitation exercises. If you leave it, it will get worse.
