    Yeah, plus not to mention that generally you add some sauces to the chicken whilst cooking (who eats plain chicken breast?) and that would mean if you weigh the chicken cooked, you can't cook the sauce with the chicken.

    If this really is 80g protein, I don't know why I ever complained about hitting protein macros.


    (I forgot to mention it weighs 220g after being cooked.)
    Didn't notice this question before. Unless you're buying chicken breast that's injected with water, 100 gram raw chicken breast is ~23 gram protein.
