    Anyone here run Lyles GBR? Need help

    In Lyles GBR, he suggests after 8 weeks of the ‘hypertrophy’ phase to move onto the ‘strength/hypertrophy’ phase (powerbuilding) for the next 8 weeks. But there’s no real outline on how to do that and I’m not sure what changes I would need to make. Would appreciate advice from anyone who has run it. Thanks.
