    Powerlifting suits

    Hi I competed about 15 years ago now 46 if theres another comp someday i would like to see if i need to up date my equipment I lost lots of weight I need new stuff anyway I used inzer last time with a hardcore squat suit rage X bench shirt and max dl suit just seeing if theres any new and improved equipment or should I just go with a smaller size of what I had

    Have you not lifted seriously in 15 years? I'd get back to training for a while before worrying about a powerlifting suit.

    There is quite a bit of different stuff now, depending on the fed, youll need to be familiar with the rules. Single ply is essentially dead in the USA. Multi ply and raw are really the biggest draws (raw by far). Titan has a solid hold on single ply shirts, inzer and overkill rule the multiply world.
