i've literally tried everything. getting bloodwork done, giving up caffeine. i eat healthy, exercise reguarly, sleep well, don't drink etc
testosterone levels are all fine

i would say that chronic depression can make you feel like youre chronically fatigued but as someone who has chronic fatigue mine came from being severely infected with Epstein-Barr which resulted in chronic flare ups
