Hello! Pilates is a great sport. I have been doing it not so long ago, but it quickly became my favorite!
There are very positive trainers with diplomas that will help you get in shape and improve your health.

Idk what that is. From a quick google search it looks like a bodyweight workout program. It is 100% absolutely everyday of the week worth the money if it will get you into working out consistently on a regular basis.
