vitamode multi, okay to take daily?

i normally don't use multivitamins, the first one i had was some all natural one that had like a small amount of a, b c, d and i only took it like on days i worked out. since that one ran out, got a new one

of course the first thing i see on threads about multis from this site is that you will get toxicity and die if you take too much (gotta love forums). of course, now i'm paranoid about it. i eat fruits (probably 2-3 bananas, 1 apple, then the veggies) but when checking the label i didn't see any values that screamed overdose.

I think you'd have to take ALOT of them man. Worst that will probably happen in general is you pee out all the excess nutrients.

I use Vitamode. Take a serving (two tablets) once a day. Take it with a meal because multi-vitamins can sometimes make your stomach upset if empty. That's it man. No need to worry. Take it on your off days too. (Rest Days)

I've taken Vitamode a few times, like said above just follow the bottle instructions and you'll be fine.
