Thats a great question! Honestly, after a rough year it really puts things into perspective so I do have a lot to be grateful for. I will start off with me and my family's health... with all that has gone on and is still going on we have been able to stay clear of Covid, as has my family so that is always a plus. My friends, who even though we dont always agree on everything (politics mainly.......) are still there for each other. What I have, I dont have a lot..... but I appreciate what I do have and even though it'd be nice to have "more" I dont really feel it fills anything.. so eh. FINALLY I am happy that my gym is open, and I have been able to continue lifting with only a few strains here and there but nothing that puts me out of commission.
Salty.......... like Extra salty.......

I’m thankful for being able to make choices in life. There are some people who don’t get that option. I’m also thankful for my family and the wu wu doctor who helped my kids skin conditions. Man that was rough period but you have to look at the positives through all the darkness. And now that we are through I started working out for tea again and got back on this forum it was a couple years since I touched a barbell consistently

I'm thankful for my wife. She is the one who is always keeping me in check and making sure that I don't get lost in my own ways because I've had a tendency to prioritize the gym over other things in life. But she reels me back in when I get out there too far because she knows that my intentions are always good but that sometimes I just need a little "redirection" to make sure that I am putting my efforts in the right places at the right times. I truly appreciate her love and acceptance of me and my flaws.

I am thankful for my health, especially with all of this crazy stuff going on, but moreso my family and friends health. Personally, I am not too worried about CV-19 even if I were to get it, but I feel like my friends and family could be more susceptible to worse symptoms based on underlying conditions/new babies/general age. Its a relief having family of
various ages spanning multiple states, knowing everyone has stayed as healthy, positive, employed and optimistic despite how 2020 has affected everyone. So I am thankful for that!Proof Angels exist: OzleyASMR

Without a doubt, I am thankful for my 3 young boys. They are my world and my motivation to get up every day and give it nothing but my best. Even when I don't feel like it, I think about building a future for them and I always force myself to get into the right mindset to get s*** done. They can be very demanding some days, but when I lay my head down each night, I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world.
