    Obese fatty to no longer a fatty, 6-7 month cut progress.

    Ight yall, this has been my progress this year on a wild and annoying cut. I've been obese all my life. Always in the range of 200-230 pounds (100kg). 5'9 and 21 years old. Better late than never right?

    Anyways, got tired of being a fatty so ended up losing weight on lockdown. MUCH more work needed but very happy where I'm at right now. I've just started lean bulking as well. Hopefully I'll put on a good bit of muscle within the next 5+ months.

    Transformation is okay, but lifts aint impressive imo.

    Current lifts:

    incline bench press: 160 lbs, 4 sets of 6-8 reps.

    incline dumbbell press is 65 lbs each, 4 sets of 5-6 reps.

    deadlift: 250 or so for 3-4 sets of 6 reps.

    squat: Right now 120 lbs for 3 sets of 8 reps since working on correct form since I ****ed something up(outside of gym, but healing)


    Attached photos: I attached a before and after, then some other photos. Fat photos were from March, and the notfat ones are Sept/October or so. I've been maintaining? my weight despite water weight gain or whatever, and just started bulking a week or two ago. the now1 photo is from like..2 days ago with a little pump

    Lifts could be much better imo, my flat bench is 175 ish lbs for 6-8 reps.

    Appreciate it! From before vs after? 70 pounds total dry, but about 55-60 pounds holding onto water weight.
