    Smile Workout and menopause

    Hello everyone..so appreciate being here.
    After my hysterectomy my body changed so much! I am back to the gym again and need some ideas about late night munchies that are ravenous!

    Am making new healthier choices like starting over and getting rid of bad habits with my health...Making sure eating enough throughout the day so not starving at night.

    Ideas on what u snack on and late night munchies when they attack🙏🙏🙏❤

    My favorite snacks are air popped popcorn, yogurt with fresh fruit, cottage cheese or halo ice cream. One of these usually does the trick!!
