Looking for any tips/confirmation that my diet's in good stead. Never been massively into nutrition but lifting the past 6months or so i've been trying to sort it. Age: 24 currently cutting a bit while gyms are shut
Typical Day:
Breakfast
2 Eggs
150ml Egg whites
2 slices wholemeal bread
Lunch
80g couscous (weighed dry)
150g chicken
Few grams of peppers/chilli
65g broccoli 100g green beans
Snack
150g 0% Greek Yogurt
30g whey Protein
40g Rolled oats
70g raspberries
Dinner
150/300g chicken depending if hungry
200g boiled potato's
200g broccoli
100g green beans
F:30g
P:238
C:240 ish
cals: 2150 ish

Fat is way too low, aim for more like 65g. It's not healthy to keep it that low for anything more than a short burst. No need to have that much protein unless you particularly like protein foods.
Perhaps replace some whey and egg whites with whole egg. Or replace chicken breast with leg. Or replace 0% yogurt with one containing a moderate amount of fat.
BTW - the 'logs' section is not the ideal location to post questions. It's for logs...!

I'm curious how much you weigh. 285g of protein seems like a lot of protein!
Common guidelines for protein consumption are around 0.6 to 1g per pound of body weight.
So if your weight is 150lbs:
150 x 0.8g = 120g of protein per day.
Do what works for you though! :-) good luck
definitely up that fat though! It helps with testosterone and balancing hormones.
