    High Calorie Smoothie Recipes?

    Hi guys,

I’m currently bulking and finding it a lot easier to hit my calorie goal by having a high calorie shake at some point during the day.

Can anyone share their recipes of what they put into their shakes/smoothies?

I’m currently using Optimum Nutrition mass gainer which is working well, but looking for a substitute to mix it up now and again.

    Thanks in advanced!

    Pumpkin Pie Shake:

1 Cup of Raw Quick Oats
1 Scoop of Vanilla - Flavored Protein
    1 Banana
    1/3 Cup Canned Pumpkin
    Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice
1-2 TBSP of Peanut Butter (depending on calorie need)
    Cashew or Almond Milk

    Top with low-fat whipped cream

Holy mother of HNNNNG! Will try this. Also, throw out the mass gainer and just use natty peanut butter for calories, OP. It's way cheaper, healthier, and tastier than that processed garbage. Mass gainers are a complete scam. Also, aside from smoothies or shakes, maybe consider making proats or overnight oats. Oatmeal, peanut butter, protein powder, and berries mixed with cashew milk can be a good way to get calories and protein in quickly.

Totally agreed on the mass gainers.

If I literally had to force feed calories... I'd just spread like 4 spoons of peanut butter on chocolate chip cookies and dip them in a protein shake...

Or, just eat 1-2 cups of trail mix... problem solved.
