I monitor my main girlfriends weight with daily logs and if it trends upward I lock her in the cellar until it comes back down.

my side girlfriends dont live with me so if they gain weight I just dump them for a hotter girl. Its not ideal because Id prefer to oppress and shame them more for gaining weight but denying them my cawk and superior stroke game is a good punishment on its own.

Because it is physically impossible for them to lose weight, because they are told to eat less and move more which does not work.
The real problem is "heart healthy" vegetable oils.

"dad bod" is basically anyone over 20% bodyfat. Then over 25% fat they are considered unfukable.
