    Bulking help!

    Sorry if this is the wrong place. I have been trying to put on weight. Im 6'2 195 lbsish. I get at least 3500 calories a day and sometimes more. every morning I wake up around 194 when the night before I weigh around 202 or more. How am I losing so much weight when I sleep and what can I do?

    Any help is appreciated thanks

    Uh maybe that's because everyone tends to weigh more at night from all the food and water they have ate throughout the day...

    Don't weigh yourself twice in the same day. It's pointless. Just weigh yourself in the mornings.

    At 194 pounds it's unlikely that you should be bulking.

    Most people would know how to proceed on a 'bulk' if they were lean enough at 6-2" 194 to warrant a gaining phase.
