I take a few seconds to type in my new cycle heavy day weights into my All Pro Excel sheet, then I copy and paste the whole cycle into my Notes on my PC, which syncs to my phone. Then I follow that workout and if a fail or anything wonky happens I just record it in notes on the phone. At the end of the cycle I punch in my new heavy day weights into Excel depending if I passed a lift or not, it spits out the new cycle, I copy to notes on my phone. But really I "know" my working weights all the time, it's simple beginners program
