I just watched Rudy's interview on Crowder and with an open mind (I've personally fact-checked/debunked some of the Trumper theories). I gotta say, his case does not sound like desperate BS at all, they have legitimate grounds to contend the voting process conducted in these states.

Spamming "cope" and recycling Trump memes doesn't change that fact or constitute an argument. And Giuliani isn't even including the Dominion software glitch is his current lawsuit, though he says it needs further investigation and will be discussed.



Yes I actually have less a problem with the calling of the race. It's their timing (literally minutes before Giuliani/Trump's scheduled statement, muh coincidence) and how they conduct themselves following. Right now, they are putting the utmost pressure on Trump to concede victory and turn the public against him.

So you know, they called it when Pennsylvania reported Joe Biden was up over .5%. That was the media standard, set by the AP.

The pa numbers were released at that exact time. Pennsylvania told everybody when they were releasing the next batch.

It was poor planning by Rudy to hold the meeting at the wrong place and the wrong time.

Looking at PA's numbers, it seems to me that Trump lost Philadelphia & Pittsburgh by roughly the same margin as in 2016 --

Philadelphia 2020: Biden wins 81% vs 18%
Philadelphia 2016: Clinton wins 83% vs 15%

Allegany, or Pittsburgh, 2020: Biden wins 60% vs 39%
Alleghany 2016: Clinton wins 57% vs 40%

Trump also raked up high margins in the rural areas, just like last time.

The problem was Philly's suburbs:

Chester County 2020: Trump loses 41% to 58%
Chester County 2016: Trump loses 43% to 53%

Montgomery County 2020: Trump loses 37% to 63%
Montgomery County 2016: Trump loses 37% to 59%

Bucks County 2020: Trump loses 48% to 52%
Bucks County 2016: Trump loses 48% to 49%

Lehigh County 2020: Trump loses 46% to 53%
Lehigh County 2016: Trump loses 46% to 51%

Northampton County 2020: Trump loses 49% to 50%
Northampton County 2016: Trump wins 50% to 46%

Monroe County PA (i,e -Poconos!) 2020: Trump loses 47% to 53%
Monroe County PA in 2016: Trump loses 48% to 49%

Lackawanna County in 2020: Trump loses 45% to 54%
Lackawanna County in 2016: Trump loses 47% to 50%

In a state where Trump is down by less than 1%, all of these margins add up. In several counties, Trump held the same percentage as he did in 2016, but Biden overperformed Hillary. This suggests that Democrats who didn't like Hillary were willing to support Biden. Lest we forget, PA is still a big Democrat state that voted Obama, Kerry, Gore, and Clinton by huge margins.

Another issue is that Trump in 2016 hit record margins with the rural population, leaving him little room to expand. It wasn't possible for him to offset increased Philly losses with increased rural turnout. There are not enough people in PA's rural areas for that goal; and there isn't much room for Trump to increase his already-high percentages in the rural areas.

I've never been so sure of a political statement in my life: Trump's accomplishments speak for themselves and his presidency was objectively stellar. He will be vindicated. At the end of counting, Biden will be over 100k in PA, 20k in WI, 200k in MI, at least 10kn in GA, at least 20k in NV and my estimation of AZ is at least 10k.

With Biden likely winning the popular vote by 4.5 - 5 million.

It is not plausible to have voter fraud across that many states, in that amount of numbers. You can see all across the country, Trump underperformed metropolitan areas. I have a thread on Texas where he underperformed.

Here's the difference between you and I:

I trust our elections are fair. They're not perfect when you get 150 million people voting in a short time and there's going to be pockets of fraud, but I believe election officials aren't rigging elections.

You, on the other hand, do not trust our elections at all, you have no faith that people are good people and being fair, and you think there is one side that cheats and the other side doesn't.

In that regard, I don't think you'll accept the courts' rulings. You will still come up with a reason to not trust our elections - just what our foreign adversaries want you to believe.

That said, when things are tight, there needs to be recounts. This isn't one of those times, but that's okay, this is what Trump has done his whole life, so let's take it to the courts.

Have cameras in the booth but dont face the computer where it puts in information

Getting rid of a physical paper trail is a lot harder than getting rid of an electronic trail. Also, the scale at which you can commit fraud if all you need to do is change a number in a database is way larger than what you can do if you have to physically swap ballots by the hundreds of thousands to change the result in a state.
