    Question Replacing Protein with Liquids

    I am having trouble figuring out the best solution. Currently taking adhd medication which is reducing appetite but still trying to get proper protein intake. Liquids seem to still go down pretty easy.
    Would it be okay to replace 2-3 meals with protein shakes health wise? Also slight lactose intolerance nothing serious any other protein suggestions besides whey that doesn't taste like ass?

    Probably not since protein is only a single nutrient whereas presumably your other meals contained a broad range of nutrients.

    Total daily nutrients is what matters ultimately.
