I'm a bit heavy for my height though I definitely look skinny when clothed. I have trouble increasing my bench on a bulk though my squat continues to go up. Can bench 145 lbs for a triple (stuck for several weeks here even after adding volume to both the BB and accessory movements) and can squat 325 lbs bellow parallel (did form checks and it's pretty clean).
Should I keep bulking, nut or at least recomp? For my bench acessories, I do incline DB press, Hammer strength chest press, and tricep pushdowns (not all on the same day). I don't neglect lat work at all and I do a some face pulls and light pulldowns or rows on my leg days (I run Coolcicada's PPL).
