There’s been a little research on the importance of timing with creatine, BCAA/EAA. Do any of you mix creatine and EAAs in with your pre workout?

A pre workout is just that, something that is supposed to help you with energy, focus etc before lifting. Many are garbage, some have actual ingredients that have proven to assist.
Creatine is one of the few tried and tested supplements but it works on saturation. So timing means ****. Take 3-5g daily or at least 4days weekly.
As I said, EAA’s are just the essential amino acids. They’re not special but necessary in a diet. Get enough protein and you will have enough of them.Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

theres plenty of research and basic nutritional knowledge on timing of BCAA/EAAs they are literally just amino acids in a powder form for the body to absorb and use for energy. You would use them like you would use food or protein the body also needs all EAAs to create new muscle tissue so if you are eating a diet with incomplete protein sources like egg whites you may want some EAA's. EAAs are also beneficial intra workout or pre cardio when your body may use its own amino acids taken from muscle tissue for energy. There are also studies showing EAA's taken throughout the day have increased muscle protein synthesis rates.
Creatine doesnt matter so much.
Creatine EAAS and pre workout together is fine.**worthless college major crew**
