dude if they're adding it then it must be an issue... MASS factory farming is killing america one fat*** at a time.... it's the worst crap you can buy it has very little nutritional value.. flavor less...

once you add in your PTFE & PFOA teflon pans you a getting a big dose of it. basically anything made before 2013 ..
I would not even trust the newer ones they just have some 'new chemical coating' that has not been banned from the market yet.

I only use Vintage black Cast Iron pans ..

it does not matter even small changes = hair loss
it's all ready reversing my hair loss and it's growing back in spot where it was 'all gone' before(it was really fine now it's getting thicker again ).... I can tell it's new hair because it's light golden blond.

You must really enjoy your womanly hormones...

That's false. Just like the rest of your claims.

Estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and three synthetic hormones (zeranol, melengestrol acetate, and trenbolone acetate) are the main hormones used for this purpose.

Ok I hate to contribute to this massive dumpster fire of a thread, but does anyone actually think OP needs to double his estrogen levels? 13 is technically quite low, so he might see some benefit if it were slightly higher...sleeping issues, psychological problems, and possible trolling aside.

Not me. It's in the normal range.

I don't think it's a big cause for concern, but speaking both from personal experience and my understanding of the admittedly limited research done, low estradiol in men has been linked to depressed sex drive and increased abdominal fat storage patterns in men. I'd love to hear your thoughts on particularly the second study linked below:

As you probably read the guys in the study received meds to suppress their testosterone and estradiol.

I don't consider it relevant for the OP. He's naturally got high testosterone and low, within the normal range, estradiol.

I haven't read any science to suggest that his hormonal profile as it is would be the cause of or play an important role in the very serious sleeping problems he's reporting.

Some of them only had estradiol suppressed, & they had issues despite having high testosterone. I know OP’s technically “low normal” estradiol, but his very high testosterone in relation to such low E2 may theoretically be causing minor sexual or mood problems.

This is surely completely trumped by his sleeping issues, even in both of those capacities, but is interesting nonetheless. Also, you say his levels are “naturally” high but OP’s testosterone being 900 is nearly impossible for someone sleeping that little AFAIK, so there’s that.

isn't 'low within normal range' kind of an oxymoron?

Given hormones change throughout the day, for all we know it was a fluke reading and he's actually in the middle of the normal range most of the time.

Example: The normal range for testosterone in males is about 270-1070 ng/dL. If someone has 300, that could be considered low testosterone, yet still in the normal range. Just like a 1000 is high, yet still in the normal range. Having 300 or a 1000 makes a lot of difference, not necessarily for muscle gain though.

Not trying to be difficult... I guess I'm just having a hard time understanding why we have a 'normal' range if you can be IN that range and still be considered 'low'... I thought the idea was to have classes such as LOW, NORMAL, HIGH... such that we can meaningfully flag people outside of the range. Being in the low-end of the normal range makes sense, I guess i'm just nit-picking when I consider it odd using the blanket-term of 'low' when by-definition it's still in the that normal range...

Yep. That's exactly why I did not use the blanket term "low", but "low, within the normal range".

Tbh I think that’s common with hormones. People fixate on a low or high number for a given hormone, while they have a glaring health issue they’re not addressing like poor sleep, excessive drinking, or a terrible diet. My family has all these problems, but they’ll blame their thyroid hormones, testosterone, etc. because their numbers are low normal.

Also, I’m still very intrigued as to how OP’s test is exceptionally high with such bad sleep. Poor sleep quickly tanks natural test production.

I suspect that he may not be 100% accurate in his description of his sleeping problems. If he was, I doubt he would like he does in his avi.

Lol good point. If his sleep were that bad, he’d probably look like The Machinist & be an emotional wreck.
