2 miles in 15 minutes? After 2+ months of no road running? that is pretty good. I am scared to know how bad my outdoor running time is getting right now! And I have noticed most guys who are experienced runners tend to over shoot their estimates of their times lol. So I am guessing you were probably closer to keeping a 7 minute pace for those 2
You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

Training:
D. Swings 15x15,15
Squats 105x5, 125x5, 140x10
Bench Press (light form work) 90x5, 105x5, 120x5
Pull-ups BWx 18,13,12,11,11
Dips BWx20,20,20,20,20
Pike Push-up BWx20
Chin-ups BWx10
Scale was 140.5. I'm probably looking at running full body for a while. I'll be shooting for a 2 mile run on the in between days. Road work in Western PA, in January isn't ideal-- I'd actually rather be out there in the July heat, but I feel like I'm on the cusp of my best conditioning.Workout Log:

2 miles after a layoff is no joke, but if you did that in 15 minutes I'm hella impressed! I need to get back into running. Even when I was doing it a few times a week, I was happy to get under a 10 minute mile haha
I'm tempted to put on my microspikes and headlamp and go running on the icy sidewalks some morning
Serious reppage in that last session! x18 rep pullups? Cot damn dude!
Entire upper body had to be quivering after all those dipsPRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

I really don't have a particular goal in mind, just basic cardio health. I never liked running that much, but years ago, when I was training for the academy, I had to pass some tests (300 meter, 1.5 mile) and saw how the running was a catalyst in leaning me out more than I ever have been.
How is work for you? We are getting demolished every night. A Tuesday is now a Friday.Workout Log:

Thanks! I haven't tried anything for traction, but that's probably a good thought. Winters here haven't been too bad for quite a while, but January/February, historically have been the roughest.
Thanks! The crazy pace continues. I imagine we should see some slowing as we get into January, but who knows.Workout Log:

Body weight was 141.5. Despite being closed today (Monday), I was looking at a long day of searching for supplies, cleaning ovens, inventory, maintenance odds and ends, probably an easy 10+ hours.
My dad helps me with the oven cleaning. He's a tough old guy. He only requests a pizza for his services.Workout Log:
