Ok so after the last lockdown (lasting 5 months) I did some home workouts which sucked major ass, I am now back to a decent level of strength (stronger than I was before) and now we're locking down again for 1 month.
I just need to hear about potential muscle loss during this month when all I plan on doing is some ab work and pullups (as thats all I can really do)
