    Benching after Labrum surgery ?

I had shoulder Labrum surgery about 2 1/2 months ago. Wondering if anyone here has had labrum surgery and when they started benching again post surgery? Also how long it took to get back to their bests?

Right now I am only doing rehab work I have been told to do and seeing the surgeon again in a couple of weeks.

Good luck in your recovery forelight!
I can understand wanting other folks' experiences and hopefully others will post here, but to state the obvious - everyone is different so you definitely need to get cleared by your docs before you try anything! Get their guidance on weights etc.

I learned my lesson after cataract surgery (and before that, a fractured back): I asked my doc if I could lift a couple weeks after cataract surgery but didn't specify how heavy I lifted. I should have. Nearly jacked up my new lens in my eye.

    Be careful.

Oh man, no doubt there. Wish I had been a smart as you. Damaged my retina terribly and sometimes have to wear and eye patch now.
