Finally caught my white buffalo yesterday; I hit a three and a half plate bench. I got 350 in December, 355 right before corona, and somehow failed 365 twice in between then and now. It shouldn't have taken this long, but here we are anyway.
42 years old, 6', 223...and officially on wall of fame at my gym (for now).
