Have you dialed in your diet? Do you have a good beginner gym routine?

If Yes šŸ‘šŸ» then you can try creatine, and for a protein can you do isolate? If so I liked evlution nutrtion isolate.

If No fix your diet then do above. You can still get the protein. I personally found it hard to hit the protein goals and still enjoy eating without it.

If you workout in the morning maybe try a pre workout for energy if you need it. I like promera pre workout. Lower caffeine but clean energy.

No negatives. Just look for a well balanced blend pea and hemp are my top choices. Most vegan proteins will habe a grainy texture and lackluster flavor. So you will probably need to try a few before you find one you like.

I would suggest you work on your diet and you can use Weight Gainers for muscular gain it would help you. Also are the other products available in the market but you need to research it before taking it.

Creatine can be found in pre-workout powder, but they can have mixed results. Just stick with pure creatine monohydrate, try to go for Creapure if you can find it (German lab tested, not the dodgy Chinese **** that is commonly found in cheap powders.

For me, I have to have a very specific set of circumstances to have a good night's sleep. Some things have helped me, like
Vitamin C and zinc in general immune function. My lungs have always been my weak link as far as sickness goes, so for there, I've been using Zinc lozenges to keep up with the immune system.

Hey Kevin, we've been recommending our clients with lung issues to perform lung expanding exercises which increase the O2 capacity, not an instant fix of course, also include supplements with a balance of Vit C and Grape seed extract, zinc is great also, high quality proteins and at least 2L water a day. Keep your recovery BCAA's up and of course all the regular Isolate protein options.
