He did it in 6.33 minutes. His JuiceTube title was frauding hardcore. Also, JFL. That's not an impressive amount of calisthenics. His strategy was poverty as phuck and he just did as much as he could until at the end he was literally doing 1-2 at a time.
He could have easily just done 10 pull ups with 30 seconds rest (150 seconds) and then 10 push ups with 15 seconds (150 seconds) rest and achieved the same thing in less time-- in fact, in the "5 minutes" he claimed in his vid title.
That was an ego vid plain and simple.

I had a black roommate in college. He was a lifter and I observed what his diet was like.
I'm not even making this up, it was literally mass gainer, pop tarts, frozen pizza, getting chitfaced three nights a week, etc. Dude came back from a week of spring break vacation with his abs and I KNOW he didn't lift, ate like chit, and got drunk every single night.
I'm not making any assumptions at all.

It's testament to the effectiveness of basic body weight training. Strap on a weighted vest and do pull ups, dips, push ups, hindu squats, decline sit ups and in 6 months you'll be in pretty good shape.

Uh pretty much everyone can have this physique by simply not eating
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
